If you buy something to make something you do easier or improve the quality of your work then it should do what you bought it for. My sister bought a cheaper stand mixer hoping it would do as good a job as a high end top quality mixer. Well she is very frustrated. She has to constantly scrap the sides to get all the ingredients to blend. She has to wash everything by hand. When making bread it bogs down easy and she can only do single batches of white bread or the machine stops because the limit switch has been triggered. I let her use my new Breville mixer and she was even more mad about her economy mixer. I spent about $150.00 more than she did but I got double if not triple the mixer with no hassles. She might have saved in the short term but I think I did better in the long run with no frustration and a quality appliance that is going to last a long time. The moral of the story, you get what you pay for.
